Tommee Tippee Sipper Cup 10 fl oz (6mos+) Review & Giveaway

When I received this product my first impressions were that they come in nice colors, looked very durable, and are ergonomically shaped for little hands to grip. Plus, I love that they are BPA free, dishwasher and microwave safe.

I was excited to see how these sippy cups would work for my 6 month old, but not really sure what to put in them because she'll only drink formula until she is 12 months. The sippy cups do not have measurements on them so I had to actually measure out the water and formula in her bottle and pour it into this cup for her to try out. Normally she drinks with a stage two nipple that allows her to drink little bits at a time and this nipple allows her to get a huge gulp out at once. Unfortunately it wasn't very long before she started choking on the milk because she was getting too much and screaming because she wasn't able to drink like she is used too. I believe that the age range on these should be changed to 12mos+ and I think that they will be the perfect starter sippy cup for when she is a toddler. I would recommend this Tommee Tippee Sippy 6mos+ cup for a 12 month old, because they are used to eating more table foods and would be able to handle a bigger gulp. I look forward to trying these with her again at that time, and since time seems to be flying and she is growing up so fast that it won't be too much longer. 

The best part about them is that they can be turned upside down without spilling and you can buy a 2 pack for only $7.99 @ Babies R Us.
